PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to California Commercial Code Sections 7209 and 7210, that on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, the mobilehome will be auctioned for sale by Orange Avenue Mobile Home Park (Warehouseman) at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or cashier's check, in lawful money of the United States, made payable to Orange Avenue Mobile Home Park, LLC. The mobilehome will be sold AS IS and WHERE IS, with all faults and defects, known or unknown, with NO COVENANTS OR WARRANTIES AS TO TITLE, POSSESSION, FINANCING, OR ENCUMBRANCES.
