Application number: CDP-103-16 Please be advised that the Planning Commission will review a Coastal Development Permit application (CDP-103-16) for the removal of unpermitted structures within the Coastal Zone at various locations along the Lunada Bay shoreline including Rocky Shore, Resort Point, and at the stormwater outfall. When: 6:30 PM, Tuesday, September 20, 2016 Where: City Council Chambers, City Hall 340 Palos Verdes Drive West Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274 Applicant: City of Palos Verdes Estates Application Filed: July 12, 2016 HOW TO COMMENT: The Planning Commission invites your comments regarding the Coastal Development Permit application either by writing or by attending the meeting and addressing the Commission directly. All materials, including presentations, are to be submitted no later than September 15th by 5 pm. Each speaker will have 3 minutes to make a presentation to the Planning Commission. HOW TO APPEAL ONCE A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE: An aggrieved person may, within 15 days after the date of the Planning Commission decision, appeal the Planning Commission decision to the City Council. The appeal, accompanied by the $600 filing fee, must be filed in the City Clerk's Office. Additional information on filing an appeal may be obtained by contacting the City Clerk's office at (310) 378-0383. If the City Council approves the project, then it is appealable to the California Coastal Commission under California Public Resources Code §30603(a) and PVEMC Chapter 19.02.
