Torrance Daily Breeze, DB 11-57 CITY OF LAWNDALE Interim Urgency Ordinance Adopted by the City Council Ordinance No. 1116-15 will allow installation of synthetic grass and artificial turf on residential properties. A complete copy of the ordinance may be obtained or viewed at the City Clerk's Dept, Lawndale City Hall, 14717 Burin Ave. or on the city's website (www.lawndalecity.org). The ordinance took effect immediately and was duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held on November 16, 2015, by the following roll call vote: Ayes: Pullen-Miles, Osborne, Kearney, Reid, Noes: None, Absent: Rudolph.
