Torrance Daily Breeze, DB 11-60 LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE CITY OF TORRANCE PLANNING COMMISSION AT 7:00 P.M., DECEMBER 2, 2015 IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL, 3031 TORRANCE BOULEVARD, TORRANCE, CALIFORNIA, ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS: PRE15-00020, WAV15-00012: Petition of MR AND MRS WIBAWA CHOU for approval of a Precise Plan of Development to permit as-built semi-subterranean and upper level living area, and to allow upper level additions to an existing two-story single family residence, in conjunction with a Waiver of the southerly side yard setback requirement, on property located within the Hillside Overlay District in the R-1 Zone at 22611 Draille Drive. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Sections 15301 Existing Facilities and 15305 Minor Alterations. CUP15-00028: Petition of RAMEN SPOTT, INC (RICHARD SCHWARTZ) for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the service of beer and wine, in conjunction with an existing restaurant operation on property located in the P-D Zone at 25412 Crenshaw Boulevard. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 Existing Facilities. MOD15-00009: Petition of TONY KO for approval of a Modification of a previously approved Precise Plan of Development (PP74-5) to allow a new faade design for the existing shopping center, involving expanded building profiles, on properties located in the C2-PP Zone at 41704172 Pacific Coast Highway and 2400024050 Vista Montana. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 Existing Facilities. WAV15-00015: Petition of MATT SCHNEIDER (JEFF PHILLIPS AND JULIANA FUQUA) for approval of a Waiver of the side yard setback requirements on property located in the R-1 Zone at 19402 Beckworth Avenue. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15305 Minor Alterations. If you challenge any of the above matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Department or the office of the City Clerk, prior to the public hearing and further, by the terms of Resolution No. 88-19, you may be limited to ninety (90) days in which to commence such legal action pursuant to Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
