Torrance Daily Breeze, DB 4-16 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Torrance City Council at 7:00 p.m., April 19, 2016 in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 3031 Torrance Boulevard, Torrance, California, on the following matter: PRE15-00007, WAV15-00005: PEHA & ASSOCIATES (JERRY MCBRIDE): City Council reconsideration of the decision to uphold an appeal and deny a Precise Plan of Development to allow first and second story additions to an existing one-story single family residence, in conjunction with a Waiver of the side yard setback on property located within the Hillside Overlay District at 406 Camino de Encanto. This project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA per Guidelines Section 15301 Existing Facilities and Section 15305 Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations. Material can be reviewed in the Community Development Department. All persons interested in the above matter are requested to be present at the hearing or to submit their comments to the City Clerk, City Hall, 3031 Torrance Boulevard, Torrance, CA 90503, prior to the public hearing.
