Marzban, husband and wife as joint tenants as Trustor, to secure obligations in favor of Patrick O'Roake and Ecy O'Roake as Beneficiary, recorded on 11/21/2006, as Instrument No. 2006-2580993 of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California. WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER for cash, or cashier's check, (payable at the time of sale in lawful money of the United States by cash, a cashier's check drawn by a state or national bank, a state or federal credit union, or a state or federal savings and loan association, or savings bank specified in section 5102 of the Financial Code and authorized to business in this state) BEHIND THE FOUNTAIN LOCATED IN CIVIC CENTER PLAZA, 400 CIVIC CENTER PLAZA, POMONA, CALIFORNIA all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in and to the following described real property situated in the aforesaid County and State, to wit: AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN SAID DEED OF TRUST.
